Southco, the world leader in Control Access Hardware Manufacturing (Latches, Hinges) has an immediate opening at their Honeoye Falls Facility for a Production Supervisor. This is an off-shift position.
The role of the Production Supervisor is to control the flow of work and the effective use of people, material, and equipment in their department in order to make a profit. The Production Supervisor will facilitate all work area activities and ensure that the work is being carried out correctly to maximize safety and quality. The Production Supervisor will apply employment policies, including discipline & attendance.
